Because great healthcare requires more than just great medicine.

As a comprehensive community health network, we understand it's important to deliver great service along with great care. Our team goes that extra mile to ensure your visits to Kauai Medical Clinic and Wilcox Memorial Hospital are well supported by the ancillary services you need.

Automated Teller Machine (ATM)

A CashExpress machine is near the main entrance to Wilcox Memorial Hospital between the gift shop and the admitting office.

The cafeteria is on the ground floor of the hospital just past the elevators in the hospital lobby. The cafeteria features sandwich and salad bars, vegetarian entrees and a dietitian's special (low or modified fat) Monday through Friday.

The dining room is open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Chaplaincy Program

If you are a patient, family member, or friend of a patient, a hospital chaplain is available to provide for your emotional and spiritual needs. Our Chaplaincy Program includes dedicated volunteer clergy from many denominations who are available to assist you, whatever your religious preference. Each chaplain takes calls for a 24-hour period and often there is a chaplain on campus. To speak with a chaplain, arrange a visit or to request a cleric of a particular faith, please ask your nurse. Your own cleric is always welcome at the hospital.

An interfaith chapel is in the first-floor lobby of the hospital, next to the elevators and is available for private prayer and meditation. You and your family are welcome to visit the chapel. It is always open.

Gift Shop

To find something special for you or a patient, our hospital gift shop is open seven days a week and can accept telephone orders. Visit our gift shop online for more information or call 245-1143.

Healing Touch

Healing Touch is a therapy used to promote health and wellbeing of our patients through techniques that influence the body's energy system. Healing Touch is done by nurses and/or volunteers who have completed a minimum of 16 to 20 hours of training in Healing Touch and are experienced providers. This service is provided free at Wilcox Memorial Hospital and compliments traditional therapeutic approaches.
