Robert Teichman, MD, PhD retired on April 24th after 27 years at Kauai Medical Clinic. He began his career on Kauai in 1980 as an emergency medicine physician at Wilcox Memorial Hospital and later practiced at the clinic's Urgent Care Clinic. Dr. Teichman was born in Detroit, Michigan, in 1943. His wife, Geri Young, MD is a pediatrician with Kauai Medical Clinic and they have two grown sons. Staff members, physicians, and friends gathered at an Aloha Party for Dr. Teichman on April 24th to wish him a very happy retirement. For his dedicated years of medical care to his patients, mahalo Dr. Teichman!
